HonorBridge is an organ procurement organization that partners with hospitals, transplant centers, and other essential entities to coordinate the donation process for donor transplantation and other life-enhancing procedures. This unique organization is a top-of-the-line facility with a grand and welcoming lobby, operation rooms, simulation rooms, support offices and a donor care wing that provides support to the families of those who give the gift of life. Our team partnered with Redline Design Group to develop a cohesive experience that starts from entering the lobby through to the day-to-day operations of the office suites.

We developed the environmental design package to coordinate with existing branding, paint colors, furniture, finishes and lighting. The elements include a financial donor wall, mission wall and graphics, custom privacy film for offices, dimensional lettering, brushed metal logos, and spotlight walls. Inside the public facing lobby, visitors, families and stakeholders can learn more about the company mission and vision while reading stories from donors and donor families. 

A large two story memorial wall provides a moment of peace, honoring those who have made the gift of donation. This is strategically placed, allowing visitors and employees to see the impact on both the first and second floor. 

We also added special touches for employees and partners in the private spaces. Alongside the values, employees have interactive boards to provide “wow” comments uplifting their team members for their hard work and dedication. Through each design concept our team wove in the company ideal of teamwork, innovation and trusting relationships.
